Webbing
'The Explore' Collection dog collars are made from Biothane and Mil-Spec Nylon Webbing.
Biothane is a material that looks and feels like leather, but actually is a textile product with a special coating, making it virtually indestructible, waterproof and easy to clean. Produced exclusively in the USA.
Buckles
To ensure easy of use, longevity and aesthetics our gear, we use trail tested side release buckles made from Acetal. It's an advanced type of plastic that is more superior than regular plastic. Our buckles are produced by a company who invented and revolutionized the closure industry. They are built to survive the toughest conditions.
Other Fittings
Heavy duty Stainless Steel or Brass D-rings and Solid Brass Silver plated Chicago screws for strong and secure connection.
To determine your dog's neck size - take a flexible measuring tape and wrap it snugly around the middle of your dog's neck. If you are unsure about the size, you can also measure the inner circumferance of a closed, good fitting collar. You should not be able to easily pull the tape or collar over the dogs ears from the fitted position, but make sure it's loose enough to be comfortable. Always measure the dog in standing position.
Based on your dog's neck measurement, determine the appropriate collar size for your dog.

All sizes come in 1" (2.5 cm) width.
No special care required. Collar can be easily cleaned with mild soap. Just wipe the dirty spot with a clean cloth that is soaked in soapy water. Afterwards remove any excess with a damp cloth and let it dry naturally.
