Everything is made to order by hand in our own workshop in Latvia. ID tags take up to 14 working days, collars and leashes take 3-6 weeks, depending on the seasonality and demand.

Most of our tags are 40 x 32 mm. Aztec is 38 x 37 mm, Northern Lights 38 x 38 mm and Astrodash 35 x 34 mm. All are 5.2 mm thick and come on a 25 mm QuickRing. For the most up-to-date size, check Materials & size on each product page.

No. Once engraved, your phone number and ID number are there to stay. If it ever stops being readable, our lifetime engraving warranty has you covered.

Every tag comes with our QuickRing already attached. Press the spring gate open, clip it onto the D-ring of the collar or harness, and let it click shut. On our collars, clip it to the soft paracord tag holder instead, so it hangs silently with no metal on metal.

Measure your dog's neck where the collar sits and pick the range that fits. Between two sizes? Take the bigger one. All collars are 2.5 cm wide.

Biothane webbing: it looks like leather but is a coated webbing that's waterproof, doesn't smell and wipes clean. Stainless steel hardware and nickel-plated solid brass Chicago screws. Leashes have an aerospace aluminium twist-lock carabiner rated up to 400 kg.

The QuickSlip™ tightens a little when your dog tries to back out, but never past the size you set, so it can't choke. When your dog relaxes, it loosens again.

Yes. Every Northwoofs collar has a soft paracord tag holder. Clip your tag's QuickRing onto it and the tag hangs silently, with no metal on metal.

Our leashes come in 170, 190, 210 and 230 cm, measured fully open, and are 2 cm wide. Every length works in your hand or worn hands-free. The longer the leash, the more room your dog has.

The DoubleTrouble coupler clips onto any Northwoofs leash. Add the adapter ring for other brands.

Muddy? Just rinse it off. Biothane and silicone don't soak up water or smell, so a quick rinse with warm water (and a drop of mild soap if needed) gets them looking like new.

Personalised items are made just for you, so they can't be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or wrong. If that happens, contact us and we'll make it right.

The engraving on every Northwoofs ID tag, for the life of the tag. If it becomes hard to read or fades through normal use, we make you a new tag with the same design and details and send it free of charge. It doesn't cover loss, damage from chewing or other misuse, or changes to your details. Read the full guarantee
