Shipping policy

The following terms and conditions apply:

Delivery countries

We deliver to the following countries:

  • European Union:Ā Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden

  • North America:Ā Canada, United States
  • Asia-Pacific:Ā Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

  • Latvia:Ā ā‚¬3.90 (tracked shipping)
  • Other European countries (except Norway):Ā ā‚¬3.90 (tracked shipping)
  • Norway:Ā ā‚¬5.90 (tracked shipping). Norwegian VAT is charged at checkout (VOEC), so there are no fees on delivery.
  • United States:Ā ā‚¬10.00 (tracked shipping). US import duties and taxes are shown and charged at checkout.
  • Canada and Asia-Pacific:Ā ā‚¬3.90 (tracked shipping)

We offer free delivery to all delivery countries on orders of ā‚¬150.00 or more.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs such as customs duties and import taxes may be incurred in the destination country, which are not shown at checkout and are to be borne by you. This does not apply to Norway and the United States, where these are charged at checkout.

Delivery periods

For goods customised according to customer requirements, the production and delivery of the goods take place within 30 working days following conclusion of the contract (with an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise specified in the respective offer.

Unless otherwise specified in the offer, domestic delivery of goods (Latvia) shall be made within 3 - 10 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 30 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
