Herstellung und Bearbeitungszeit
Personalisierte Produkte (individuell gravierte Hundemarken): Nach Ihrer Bestellung erstellen wir innerhalb von 3–5 Werktagen eine Korrekturvorlage zur Freigabe. Nach Freigabe erfolgt die Herstellung und Lieferung innerhalb von 30 Werktagen.
Standardprodukte (nicht personalisiert): Versand innerhalb von 3–5 Werktagen.
Voraussichtliche Lieferzeiten
Deutschland: 3–10 Werktage International: 5–30 Werktage
Lieferzeiten sind Schätzungen und beginnen nach dem Versand Ihrer Bestellung. Die tatsächlichen Lieferzeiten können je nach Zollabfertigung (bei internationalen Bestellungen) und lokalen Postdiensten variieren.

Personalised products (custom-engraved dog tags): After placing your order, we create a proof/preview for your approval within 3–5 business days. Once you approve the proof, production and delivery takes up to 30 business days.
Standard (non-personalised) products: Shipped within 3–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been shipped. Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs processing (for international orders) and local postal services.
