1. Geltungsbereich und Anbieter

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Bestellungen, die über den Online-Shop unter northwoofs.com aufgegeben werden.

2. Vertragsschluss

Die Darstellung der Produkte in unserem Online-Shop stellt kein verbindliches Angebot dar. Es handelt sich lediglich um eine Aufforderung zur Abgabe einer Bestellung.

Mit dem Klick auf „Bestellung aufgeben" (oder entsprechende Schaltfläche) geben Sie eine verbindliche Bestellung für die Artikel in Ihrem Warenkorb ab. Wir bestätigen den Eingang Ihrer Bestellung per E-Mail (Bestellbestätigung). Der Kaufvertrag kommt mit der Versendung der Bestellbestätigung zustande.

3. Preise und Zahlung

Alle in unserem Shop angezeigten Preise verstehen sich inklusive der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer (MwSt.). Versandkosten werden vor Abschluss Ihrer Bestellung gesondert ausgewiesen.

Wir akzeptieren die folgenden Zahlungsmethoden:

Die Zahlung ist sofort bei Bestellaufgabe fällig, sofern nicht anders angegeben (z.B. Klarna, PayPal Später Bezahlen).

4. Versand und Lieferung

Versandkosten:

• Deutschland: 3,90 € (Priority Airmail Tracked)
• Europa & Weltweit: 3,90 € (Priority Airmail Tracked)
• Norwegen: 5,90 € (Tracked Shipping)
• USA: 10,00 €
• Versandkostenfrei ab einem Bestellwert von 150,00 €

Bearbeitungszeit: Für personalisierte Produkte wird innerhalb von 3–5 Werktagen eine Korrekturvorlage erstellt. Nach Freigabe erfolgt die Herstellung und Lieferung innerhalb von 30 Werktagen. Standardprodukte werden innerhalb von 3–5 Werktagen versandt.

Lieferzeit: Deutschland: 3–10 Werktage. International: 5–30 Werktage. Voraussichtliche Lieferzeiten werden während des Bestellvorgangs und in der Bestellbestätigung angegeben.

Die Gefahr des zufälligen Untergangs oder der zufälligen Verschlechterung geht mit der Übergabe der Ware auf Sie über.

5. Produktbeschreibungen und Personalisierung

Unsere Produkte sind lautlose Silikon-Hundemarken mit individualisierbarem Design. Produktbilder sind repräsentativ; leichte Farbabweichungen können aufgrund von Herstellungsprozessen und Bildschirmeinstellungen auftreten.

Personalisierte Produkte: Wenn Sie ein Produkt individualisieren (z.B. durch Hinzufügen von Namen, Telefonnummern oder Hochladen von Fotos), stellen Sie bitte sicher, dass alle Angaben vor der Bestellung korrekt sind. Wir fertigen personalisierte Artikel exakt nach Ihren Angaben. Fehler in den von Ihnen bereitgestellten Informationen liegen in Ihrer Verantwortung.

6. Eigentumsvorbehalt

Die gelieferte Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum.

9. Gewährleistung und Haftung

Wir haften für Mängel nach den geltenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen. Bei mangelhaften Produkten stehen Ihnen die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte zu (Nachbesserung, Ersatzlieferung, Minderung oder Rücktritt vom Vertrag).

Bitte prüfen Sie Ihre Ware bei Lieferung und melden Sie sichtbare Schäden oder Mängel umgehend. Für Gewährleistungsansprüche kontaktieren Sie uns bitte unter woof@northwoofs.com.

10. Haftungsbeschränkung

Wir haften uneingeschränkt für Schäden aus der Verletzung des Lebens, des Körpers oder der Gesundheit, die auf einer vorsätzlichen oder fahrlässigen Pflichtverletzung beruhen. Für sonstige Schäden ist unsere Haftung auf Fälle von Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit beschränkt.

Diese Haftungsbeschränkung gilt nicht für zwingende gesetzliche Haftungsvorschriften, insbesondere für die Haftung nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz.

Wir verarbeiten Ihre personenbezogenen Daten gemäß unserer Datenschutzerklärung, die auf unserer Website verfügbar ist.

12. Anwendbares Recht und Gerichtsstand

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen und alle Rechtsbeziehungen zwischen uns und dem Kunden unterliegen dem Recht der Republik Lettland unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts (CISG).

Ist der Kunde ein Verbraucher innerhalb der Europäischen Union, gelten zusätzlich die zwingenden Verbraucherschutzvorschriften des Wohnsitzstaates des Kunden, sofern diese einen günstigeren Schutz bieten.

13. EU-Online-Streitbeilegung

Die Europäische Kommission stellt eine Plattform zur Online-Streitbeilegung (OS) bereit: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

Wir sind nicht bereit und nicht verpflichtet, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor Verbraucherschlichtungsstellen teilzunehmen.

14. Salvatorische Klausel

Sollte eine Bestimmung dieser Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen unwirksam oder undurchsetzbar sein, bleiben die übrigen Bestimmungen hiervon unberührt und vollständig wirksam.

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop at northwoofs.com.

2. Contract Formation

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a binding offer. It is merely an invitation to place an order.

By clicking "Place Order" (or equivalent button), you submit a binding order for the items in your cart. We will confirm receipt of your order by email (order confirmation). The purchase contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices shown in our shop include the applicable statutory value added tax (VAT). Shipping costs are shown separately before you complete your order.

• Free shipping on orders over €150.00

Processing Time: For personalised products, a proof is created within 3–5 business days. After approval, production and delivery takes up to 30 business days. Standard products are shipped within 3–5 business days.

Delivery Time: Germany: 3–10 business days. International: 5–30 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and in your order confirmation.

The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the goods.

5. Product Descriptions and Customisation

Our products are silent silicone dog ID tags with customisable designs. Product images are representative; slight variations in colour may occur due to manufacturing processes and screen settings.

Personalised Products: When you customise a product (e.g., adding names, phone numbers, or uploading photos), please ensure all information is correct before placing your order. We produce personalised items exactly as specified. Errors in the information you provide are your responsibility.

6. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)

9. Warranty and Liability

We are liable for defects in accordance with applicable statutory provisions. If a product is defective, you are entitled to the statutory warranty rights (repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from contract).

10. Limitation of Liability

We are fully liable for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health caused by intentional or negligent breach of duty. For other damages, our liability is limited to cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

This limitation of liability does not apply to mandatory statutory liability provisions, particularly to liability under product liability law.

11. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and all legal relationships between us and the customer are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If the customer is a consumer within the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer's country of residence shall also apply insofar as they provide more favourable protection.

13. EU Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
