Lifetime engraving guarantee
We engrave our ID tags so they stay readable for good. That is why, in addition to your statutory rights, we give you a voluntary guarantee on the engraving of every ID tag.

What is covered
The engraving (text, numbers, symbols and portraits) on Northwoofs ID tags bought from www.northwoofs.com. If the engraving becomes illegible or substantially fades through normal use, the guarantee applies.
What is not covered
- Other products, such as collars, leashes or tumblers
- Damage caused by chewing, cutting, burning, sanding, chemicals or other improper handling
- Loss of the tag
- Wear of the tag or its ring that does not affect the readability of the engraving
- Changes to the engraved details, e.g. a new phone number or address
How long it applies
For the life of the tag, with no time limit, starting on the day of delivery.
Who can claim
The original buyer, with the order number of the purchase. The guarantee cannot be transferred.

In every country we deliver to.
How to claim
Write to woof@northwoofs.com with your order number and a photo of the engraving. If we need to inspect the tag, we will ask you to send it to us; the cost of sending it is yours.
What we do
If the claim is covered, we make a new ID tag with the same design and engraving and send it to you free of charge, including shipping. If the design is no longer available, you choose a current design instead.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is given in addition to your statutory warranty rights and does not restrict them. You can use your statutory rights free of charge, whether or not a guarantee claim exists. If a defect falls under the statutory warranty, the statutory rules apply, including the costs of returning the goods.
