- Processing - The time we need to prepare your order for shipping varies. All of our products are made by us in our small workshop. Processing time depends on the seasonality and the current demand. Current production time estimate is 14 working days.
- Delivery - We ship worldwide! By standard all orders are shipped with a tracked shipping method (local post) from Latvia - Europe. The delivery takes 3-6 working days on average within the EU; For the rest of the world it mostly takes 1-3 weeks. Express shipping are methods available at the checkout! 1. Q: How do I take care of my NW tag?
A: Our dog tags don't require any special care. If your pup manages to get it messy, just a quick rinse under water will make it look like new.
2. Q: Does the engraving on the tag disappear over time?
A: No, our tags are extremely durable, once the tag has been engraved, all the important information such as your phone number or ID number is there to stay.
3. Q: What to do if my dog tag got lost?
A: If your dog lost the ID tag, please contact us, we will help you to investigate the individual case and find a reasonable solution. Our dog tags don't break under normal use circumstances. Avoid clipping the dog leash hook into the split ring of the dog tag. Sometimes it can happen that the leash hook accidentally clips on the D-ring of the dog gear at the same time as the split ring loop. In such case if the dog pulls, it puts too much stress on the little silicone loop of the dog tag and it can break the loop. We recommend using a collar which has a separate ring for attaching a dog tag to minimize the possibility of a mistake. Also, please never pull your dog forcefully by the silicone ID tag. It's not what dog tags are designed for.
4. Q: How do I attach the tag to my dog gear?
A: All of our tags come with a free metal split ring that you can use to attach the tag to the d-ring of the dog gear. Simply open the split ring and thread it through the loop of the dog tag, turn until the ring is fully connected. NOTE: To avoid an accidental cut in the material, please open the split-ring wide enough that it doesn't cause any unnecessary friction while threading it through the loop.

Unlike the traditional metal dog tags, Northwoofs tags are made from a soft silicone material, which eliminates the noise when the tag gets in contact with other metal parts of the dog gear.

We love the Northwoof tags. This is the second one we get (the Astrodash), we also have the Northern Lights one in another harness, looking like new after a year and a half of the worst treatment possible. Der Verschluss ist nun bei insgesamt 3 gekauften Anhängern in ca. 1 Jahr, 3 x kaputt gegangen. Wobei beim letzten Kauf der Anhänger ganze 2 Tage (!!) nur ganz blieb. Der Anhänger ist groß geschnitten, er verfängt sich beim Spielen sofort. Und dass sollte beim einem Hundeanhänger wohl nicht ganz so schnell ein Problem werden ;)
Diese Marke ist echt super. Wir haben 2 in unterschiedliche Designs bestellt und beide super verarbeitet. Der Karabininer ist super zum besfestigen und macht einen stabilen Eindruck. Würden immer wieder bestellen.

We actually think the coin is beautiful! The design is really great and the silicone feels nice. Unfortunately, the quality doesn’t seem to be very good. The first dog tag ripped off, though that was our fault—we accidentally grabbed our dog by the Coin. So we ordered a new one. Two weeks later, the tag was lying at our feet again. This time, it wasn’t our fault. Since then, the dog tag has unfortunately been sitting around, since we can’t use it anymore, but we also won’t be ordering a third one. Too bad

I love the tags so much. They are very pretty but best of all they make no noise and the phone number does not get scratched ( like with metal tags).

Unfortunately after 1,5 years both tags break at the carabiner. Customer service doesn‘t care and I am very disappointed. I wont buy again at Northwoofs.
